Prior sales experience is preferred, but not required. We will provide comprehensive training for qualified and hungry candidates.

 

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to meet sales quotas
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays
• Must pass pre-employment background check and DMV check
• High energy and motivation must be self-driven and willing to work individually as well as part of a team
• Prospect for new customers and develop leads into sales
• Schedule in-home appointments with homeowners
• Show potential customers personalized plans to protect their home
• Follow-up with customers to generate leads and referrals
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
• Attend weekly sales meeting
